How to apply for a role at Dyer Baade
At Dyer Baade & Company, we hire people, not degrees. We are interested in individuals who are talented and ambitious and who have the calibre to sit at the table with CEOs, entrepreneurs and professional investors. What is the process?
At Dyer Baade we run a professional and structured recruitment process to be able to assess all candidates. To apply for a role we ask all candidates to send their initial application (CV and a short cover note) to talent@dyerbaade.com. Due to the high volume of applications we'll reject applications that come through any other route.
What are the stages of the interview process?
It depends on the seniority of the role. For most roles the recruitment process involves between 3 and 5 stages.
Do you use external search firms?
We do not use external search firms.
How long does the process take?
It depends, but generally speaking we like to make decisions quickly.
Will you review all the applicants?
Yes, all applications that are submitted via talent@dyerbaade.com will be reviewed by our team.
Will all applicants receive feedback?
